I was able to log into my account early February with no issue. I used to 2 step authentication for this app which requires biometrics which requires my face but now I can’t use it anymore. Obviously someone must’ve had the authentication to turn off biometrics who has my personal information. They’re stealing peoples money. Don’t use or download.
As soon as I updated it it denied me access of logging in and when I tried to put in the code sent in my email it was denied 3 times in a row. I tried to use “contact us” and they still sent me to request an access code in the email in which THEY KEEP DENYING
I downloaded this app to get paid internationally I was told it was the best way to get paid on time while working for a company outside my own country. I was paid to my Cosmo account almost immediately awesome right? Until I tried to transfer money to my bank account. They needed more verification to do that but not more to take my money after two attempts to get verified each one taking about four days to be reviewed I ordered the plastic card from them and stopped my future payments planning on re setting it up once the verification went through. In the mean Time I decided to try and use the online card to by some stuff because I just have money sitting in an account that I can’t use… but the app malfunctioned and couldn’t pull up my account amounts. So I went online on my MacBook to attempt to transfer funds from my secondary balance to my card and it will not allow me without giving a reason it just says transfer attempt failed. The only time I’ve been able to access any of my money is when I used my account to pay for the card I’ve been waiting for. They have no customer service phone number and it takes them 3 days to get back to you when you contact them through their messaging system so if they have any follow up questions you have to message them back and then they send you an email 3 days later.
Garbage. I dk why these people would even begin to attempt promoting this app u til they at least made their digital card more versatile. It’s virtually useless. Get it together people
