Μου λένε θα πάρει ένα δυο μήνες λόγω φόρτου εργασίας οκ κανένα πρόβλημα μέχρι και σήμερα δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα και σήμερα 28/12/24 που πήγα στο ίδιο κατάστημα να πάρω μια βεβαίωση που χρειάζομαι αφού δεν μπορώ να εκδώσω μου λένε μόνο μέσω εφαρμογής ή τηλεφωνικώς στο 13888 στο ίδιο κατάστημα που έκανα ενημέρωση στοιχείων .Τι πίνετε και δεν μας δίνετε. -- LE-PROFESSIONNEL, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "App keeps restarting" Cannot use the app as it keeps on restarting. Η εφαρμογή δε λειτουργούσε και προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά. Το «ρομπότ» δε με εξυπηρέτησε και τελικά έχασα τη μεταφορά των υπολοίπων μου. Η πληρωμή έγινε με επίσκεψη σε κατάστημα. Το Νοέμβριο έκανα τη μια καταβολή πρόωρα και στην άλλη αντιμετώπισα πρόβλημα. Έκανα απεγκατάσταση και εκ νέου ενεργοποίηση της εφαρμογής. Τώρα πρέπει να επισκεφτώ εκ νέου κατάστημά σας για να προσθέσω στην εφαρμογή το σταθερό μου. Παλεύουμε να εξυπηρετηθούμε εδώ και 1 μήνα!! Απ την άλλη στο κατάστημα μου μας εξυπηρέτησε ο τεχνικός και μας έβαλε ακριβως εκεί που θελαμε το πριζακι αλλά η COSMOTE έχει δηλώσει λάθος την διεύθυνση μας 3 φορές με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει ενεργοποιηθεί το ιντερνετ εδώ και 3 μήνες,συνδέουμε το pos σε φορητό ρουτερ με δεδομένα.
