Get more of the coffee and treats you love, for free. Collect beans with the official Costa Club UAE app, then exchange them for free barista-made coffees drinks. It’s easy to use. Just scan the app barcode in store to earn beans on your purchases and build up your ‘bean credit’ ‘til you can redeem your beans for rewards.

1. Download the app, register and you’ll get 2,000 beans after your first transaction (That’s a FREE barista-made drink).
2. Earn beans on almost everything purchased in-store by scanning the QR code at the till point.
3. View your earned beans on the home screen - and watch them grow.
4. Once you earn 2,000 beans, you’ll get a free barista-made drink.
5. Happy birthday to you. Now you get 2,000 beans to redeem for a free drink on your big day.

I cannot buy from a place that supports LGBT

I used to think that costa coffee was the best in town. Now that they decided to support actions that are against all religions and against humanity when they used their campaign in England supporting transgender. I think that they lost their specialty of making good coffee and healthy sandwiches. Ever since Coca cola bought this franchise, we see some branches in Dubai understaffed and the staff are overwhelmed. My whole family and I have been a costumer to costa for more than 30 years in Egypt, Jordan and UAE. I am talking about a big family of cousins, siblings, uncles, grandchildren etc. We are all boycotting it now and fetching a coffee house that focuses on roasting coffee and paying their staff not paying their money to support something that will help end population one day and against all religions in the whole world. Shame on you

QR doesn’t scan with the latest update

As of late July update, the QR code doesn’t scan on my phone.

Bad update

Latest update does not function well and does not update points earned. Contact us function also does not work nor verify phone number. Shocking customer service!
