## Costa Coffee Club Description
Love coffee? Then you’re in the right place. The Costa Coffee app makes being a coffee fan so much easier and more rewarding. It’s the simplest way to collect Costa Club beans, order your favourite drink for collection in store, find your nearest Costa, view your beans balance and exchange beans for free treats. Yum!

All of your Costa Club details are in the palm of your hand, so there’s no need to carry your loyalty card. Just scan your phone at the till whenever you make a purchase, or scan the code from Costa Express machines whilst your drink is being made. You can even order your favourite drink from a Costa Express machine, all from the app!

With our app, you can:

• Log in with your current Costa Club account details, register an existing card or set up a new account (and get a new member bonus of 1 bean!)
• Use mobile ordering to order ahead and skip the queue in store
• You can now use your free drink rewards on Collect orders
• One touch contactless reordering from a Costa Express machine
• Treat a friend by gifting them a reward
• Track your beans balance to see when you have enough for a free handcrafted drink
• Find details of your nearest Costa stores including directions, opening times and facilities
• Ditch the card and keep Costa Club in your pocket at all times
• Add your Costa Club card to your Apple Wallet

We pass your Costa Club ID internally within our systems to deliver more relevant and personalised content and rewards in the future.You can contact Customer Services to opt out of the profiling of your personal data.

My app glitches all the time with error messages. Currently it also thinks I’m an hour ahead of what I am so I have to order my collection coffee an hour ahead of when I need it so that it is there.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have it set correctly to collect 5-8 mins so I just don’t understand it.

Please, give specific instructions on what on to use or scan on the physical gift card. The line barcode or QR code. These are 2 different physical cards. Physical gift cards have 3 or more codes on it and only one works at the till which is QR, from my learning. Please, mention it which one to use, or train staff about it. Having a gift card on me, I still had to use bank card due to confusion at till and untrained staff at Costa. Please, please, fix it.

Hi, love the app and have no real complaints with it. Just a suggestion regarding gift cards, instead of having to open your costa app to scan your QR code and then find the email with your give card and use it. Would be better if you could add it to the app. So when you open it the gift card is there with remaining balance as well as your normal QR code for coffee

Generally a good app, easy to use, and fairly well laid out. Only issue I have is with gift cards. I think it would be an amazing idea if when you receive a digital gift card, your able to transfer the balance to your Costa card, this would just make it easier currently I have to take screen shots off the QR code and save it in my photos, very messy. If the points could be added to your card and you have a Costa balance stored on your app, think that would be a really clever idea.

Only works if the store has good WiFi. They usually don’t. Sometimes doesn’t recognise a coffee purchase, even when it pings. Get the feeling it’s over engineered for the environment it’s to be used in. I find it rather frustrating, and will shift back to using the Costa card in my “wallet” which seems to work. As a promotional tool it’s counterproductive
