My wife had no issue with the app adding her account and our local Canadian warehouse…I, on the other hand am only getting American locations and as many other Canadian’s have mentioned, I can’t add my account. Ironically, the app locates me correctly but still doesn’t locate local warehouse! 😡 
If anyone has figured this out, pls post. Do better Costco!

Editing my bad review:
The app was initially useless, as the location search did not work on search for a warehouse screen. I tried on the website and that was down too. I noticed minutes later that the website was suddenly working so retried the app and now it works fine. If this happens to you.. I don’t know why it works now, but it eventually worked.

Costco should consider investing in a complete redesign to create a truly native app experience. Collaborating with experts from leading tech companies like Meta or those specializing in mobile platforms could greatly enhance the app’s usability and overall user satisfaction.

This App is a website in disguise and it’s horribly built. Getting notifications for « emails » that are actually flyers I can’t delete. Constantly want to validate my identity with my banking information (that is borderline criminal). Carry your card go to their website and forget this app exist.

Limited Items**: It's disappointing when the app doesn't offer the same selection as the physical store. This gap can certainly be a letdown.
- **User Experience**: A poorly designed app that makes it hard to select items defeats the purpose of convenience. This is something the developers should definitely address.
- **Pick-Up Option**: The absence of a pick-up option is a huge miss. Having to wait in line undermines the time-saving benefits of using the app.
- **Service Benefits**: Ideally, the app should save you time and effort by offering easy browsing, efficient item selection, and convenient pick-up or delivery options.

Handy and I love using it in the store. 

The only bug with the app is that it keeps forgetting my delivery address and often fills in a random postal code that I have to continually change back to my own. 

Other than that it is good. Just ordered a washer and dryer for step daughter and it was at the Amazon standard for ease.
