My Costco membership is supposed to be international but my UK membership number isn’t recognised so I can’t use the app..

Not sure what’s going on to the Costco App. When I opened the App, I was met with a white blank screen with the message at the bottom “Something went wrong. Please restart the app.” which I did but it still won’t load properly. Unbelievably garbage! Good luck to whoever sign up with their digital membership card, you can’t access the App itself. Better off keeping your physical card instead.

Costco u need to improve your app, its useless, cannot search the items i need, nothing is available, i dont even know why you even bother, your app team must be sleeping to think that this app is functional. Do better!! Your members deserve better than this useless app.

Cannot login using Dashlane auto fill It’s common login problem That needs fixing either y by you or Apple at iOS level Why you haven’t added FaceID login after years of this being available on iOS devices im lost for words. Why ? Why ?? Why ???? - fill auto fill to login using password mangers - add FaceID login - password reset … do no t sent does to emails send a code to an authentication app and or phone. In today’s society things are being hacked easily .. so pick up your game and make these changes urgently. Thanks u

I would like to suggest moving the digital membership card out of the ‘My Costco’. Every time I access ‘My Costco,’ the screen brightness automatically increases to the maximum. This is very uncomfortable, especially when I’m at home in a dimly lit environment and just want to check my purchases, rewards, or notifications. The sudden brightness is harsh on the eyes. It would be great if this feature could be placed elsewhere or if the brightness adjustment could be made optional.

Why have an app at all if it doesn’t function? Can I log in? No. Why not? Because either my logon or my password is incorrect. Considering I use a password vault (and I’ve used the same login/password since I’ve had the app), I find that highly unlikely. Suggestion; 1. Pull the app from the store. 2. Hire some decent people to create an app that works. 3. Reinstall it at the Apple and Google stores. Will you do this? No. Why? Because customer service is irrelevant to CostCo. I make this judgement not by my experience alone, but going by all of the other comments on here as well. PS. I’m removing the app as why bother with it. It only causes grief.

The app doesn’t work. I contacted customer support who have told me to clear my data from it, change my password and restart the app. I added the step of deleting and reinstalling when that failed, and have still bad no luck. It just keeps saying “something went wrong. Please restart the app”. 0 stars.

Cannot renew my membership via the app as it always says “please add an address before proceeding to checkout” even though I have an address added. 1 star as the app is pointless

Considering how big Costco is……..the app is just plain dreadful, from this sign in to the range and display/availabilty…..to order and delivery service. What a waste of Executive Membership.No way i'm reregistering.

I used to be able to login and browse. The app felt like the web version got packaged in a slow browser. Now it’s not even letting me login. I tried resetting the password and it accepts the password. But on the MFA page the moment I click on email or the sms radio button, it tells me that my password is incorrect. I’m entering the correct password and also if it’s wrong, it shouldn’t let me get to the MFA page! Weird!
