They haven’t even bothered to include any sort of subcategories besides “women”, “men”, “typo”, in their shop tab, which makes it extremely difficult to find anything. You just have to hope it’s displayed on the main page. If you tap on an item on your wishlist to view it and then tap the back button to return, it refreshes you right to the top of your wishlist instead of back to where you were. Stick to the website. I was unable to process a purchase, it kept failing but didn’t tell me why. When it did, the app told me my voucher couldn’t be used. Once I logged out and back in, the voucher was automatically removed so I made my purchase, only for the $10 perks voucher to be listed as available?! When I tried to seek online support, the app kicked me off and I didn’t get to complete a chat submission. The app also advertised a “two for $20 promo” but upon purchase I was charged for the higher price point of 30% off each item, despite having selected the two for $20 option prior to checkout. So now I’ve lost a $10 voucher and been charged $24 for products that should have been $20. I’ve never written a negative review in my life, but I’ve been raging at Cotton On’s websites/app for years. No matter if it’s the mobile browser, the desktop browser or the app, I can never checkout. Either I can’t delete things from my cart, or I can’t hit the checkout button to move through the process. I also find it glitches when I am just scrolling/browsing through the clothing. I don’t understand how a company as big as Cotton On can still be having these major problems, when it’s been happening for years. You have no idea how many sales you would be losing because of your poor website/app performance.
