I never ran or got into sports or liked exercise - this app got me to 5k and then to 10k. Don’t rush it and it’ll happen like magic 10/10 Love you Runicorn 🦄
This is a good app for beginners no doubt, but the badges are slightly disappointing. The little badges are nice incentives but I don’t like how most of them are about how many calories you’ve burned in relation to food. I understand that people run to lose weight but IMO this just further demonises foods and enforces toxic diet culture. Its’s a small thing and it could be just me, however I’d much rather know how far I’ve ran in relation to countries, for example, instead of how many donuts I’ve burned off!
Why is there no Apple health integration? To save workouts? To pull your weight so you don’t have to set it in the app? Not good for a paying app
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Great motivation to get you started running. However would really love to see an Apple Watch stand alone app.
I haven’t started using the app yet, I just downloaded it. I’m in Ireland and can’t enter my phone number or address because it keeps telling me I’ve entered the wrong details. The format is different in Ireland than the US. It also says that state/province is mandatory and doesn’t recognize ours......
I’ve used this app multiple times over the years and it still does the trick. When life gets hectic and I’ve stopped running, I know I’ll get back to it with the help of c25k
This is the best App ever invented, I’ve been using it for years, every time I need to get back on track I revert back to Couch to 5k. It doesn’t go back to start and let u start from week 1 and continue each day like it does at the beginning but it’s still brilliant.
Great way to build up your stamina!
Really enjoying this so far, makes the goal seem achievable
