But slow in process

When I suddenly plan to visit Jordan from short break from my busy work, I just made an event in Couchsurfing and it's help me and I found my Couchsurfing buddy in jordan. And the trip was fantastic.

One star review. App doesn’t even let access it without forcing me to pay for a subscription

I started signing up for this to use on a specific trip and I ended up not using it. They act like they are asking for a donation to use the app but they actually require you to pay a monthly or yearly subscription. I chose to pay the small monthly amount one time because I wasn’t sure if I was even going to use it. Later on I saw a $50 charge from this app on my statement. $50!!! I definitely did not authorize that. The entire reason I was potentially resorting to using this is because I am essentially broke. There doesn’t seem to be a way for me to contact them about a refund. Even without this happening the way they go about the subscription is scummy and deceitful. They aren’t asking for a donation, it is a required to use the service and the language they use should reflect that. It’s the worst sort of people that do deceitful and manipulative things like this. Narcissists and sociopaths
