Couchsurfing Travel App

Several men has flirted and offered to sleep next to them in their bed - I think that is inappropreate. Even worse. I have tried setting up two deals in Brussels and they both cancelled one last week and the other ome now om my way there. I have deleted the app and I am extremelly dissapointed ... Thank god I invested in Quest instead - I'd rather pay a small fee for luxury than pay a huge amount of my time and energy in people who can't hold their promises...

Just for sent what matters with the app you have to pay. I will not doing it without knowing if it is usable.

Besides needing a design tuneup (the app looks pretty 2014), it still works well. Integration of the CS forum would be a great feature.

Be aware of the “verify by card” scam. It’s common for sites to verify users by card and reserve a small amount without ever withdrawing money. They make it seem to be just like that, but then withdraw 50€ without wanting to refund, all in all a fraudulent scam company.

I used the app far before they added a paywall. Due to the paywall it really feels like a ghost town, I mean there are a few people here and there in hangouts, but it just isn’t flourishing as when I first used it in 2018. Please consider removing the paywall, and instead funding your app through ads, then the paywall can be more like an “upgrade to remove ads” kind of deal? Because even if 30€ per year to use this app is low, it’s quite expensive if there aren’t that many users.

They charge a non-refundable £51 for verification…
