It‘s fine to charge (people from certain countries) to becable to keep there profile, but you you please give some effort to optimize your app? Hamgout, searching, surface etc. are not user friendly at all.

The login issue hasn’t been resolved, and it took over five days and two follow-ups from me just to get a reply. Even after responding twice, the problem still hasn’t been fixed. I’m also a paying user, so it feels like I’ve been charged for nothing while I’m unable to use the service. It’s starting to feel like a scam.

This app reacts very slow! It‘s not a free app anymore, is it too much asked to have a well-developed app? It‘s a nice app itself, but we really need improvements in terms of UX. Or at least re-design this app and make it react faster!

If you want to use this App, please think carefully. Because when there is a dispute, the system administrator always listens to the party who describes the terrible thing and is unwilling to verify it, and then your account will be suspended. Even if you make the effort to complain to Couchsurfing administrators, they won't check it out. In other words, they will always protect the party "whoever complains first".

Stop using it as an excuse to charge users.
