Unprofessional customer support

I had the worst experience with CS where they canceled my account only few days after paying the annual subscription for no specific reason!! And no clear answer or explanation was given regardless of several emails! In addition, they refused to refund my subscription and pushed it on Apple! All communications are saved and can be revealed once needed. Conclusion, strongly not recommended!!

Not honest with the members

How can I be a subscriber to the program for life, and I paid all the service expenses for life, and they cancel my account in exchange for paying another amount to renew my subscription, and they say that it is because of Covid 19

Only problem no option to delete messages . What’s the point of archive the messages ?? Update the application and give an option to delete messages

couchsurfing is amazing! i met a lot of interesting people on it i think this platform deserves more attention and needs more open minded and amazing people to join i think the app keeps crashing and i hope that gets fixed

I feel robbed

I was verifying my account and without telling me or saying anything suddenly they charged me for the verification, it's too deceitful the way they do it. I want my money back.
