## CoughPro Description
CoughPro has been redesigned from top to bottom to be faster, capture more coughs, and give you more insights into your cough so that you can manage it better.

When we want to manage our weight, we use a bathroom scale. When we want to increase our activity, we count our steps. And when we have a fever, we use a thermometer to gauge how high it is. But until now, with cough, we just guessed whether it was high or low, increasing or decreasing, happening more at one time of the day or night.

CoughPro solves this problem by detecting and quantifying your cough passively and unobtrusively on your phone, so you know the frequency and patterns of your coughing. It gives you clarity about your cough, by instantly showing you your cough count.

CoughPro, powered by Hyfe, uses artificial intelligence to distinguish between coughs and other, similar sounds. It preserves your privacy by performing all of the acoustic analysis on your phone, so your data stays with you.

If you have a problematic cough, use CoughPro to make your cough count!

The accuracy of the data collected and presented through CoughTracker has not been evaluated by the FDA. It is not intended for use in medical decision-making, including presenting cough information to healthcare professionals for the management of symptoms or conditions. Always seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions based on your cough data.

## CoughPro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Broken again"
This thing is so broken. Why did they stop supporting Cough Tracker? At least it worked.
-- Neg 5 stars, 2025-03-11

### ***** "Amazing"
I’ve had a cough for as long as I can remember and now I can tell precisely if it’s getting better or worse and what might be triggering it

### ***** "Fantastic app"
As an endurance athlete and, more recently, a person with lung disease, I have always tracked every possible health biometric I possibly can in order to determine my fitness and recovery. I recently found this CoughPro app and it is one of the best health related apps I’ve ever used. I downloaded the CoughPro app a week ago, and I have been very excited about the amount of information it has provided me. The reports are amazing and provide such clear insight.

The app works on an iPhone, or an android device, and as long as the app is on it tracks anytime you cough as long as your phone is in the same room. The really excellent thing is it gives you a continuous graph throughout the day of the number of coughs you’ve had by the hour so that you know what times of day you cough most.
What have I learned so far? I’ve learned that between 7 and 8 AM every morning , I have more coughs than any other time of day. And the time immediately after exercise, I have a significant number of coughs. It has made me more conscious of how and when I cough so that I don’t just “absentmindedly” hack away coughing—sort of oblivious to it, almost out of habit.

I can look at the graph and see the results real time. This is actually giving me a good “bio-feedback loop”, so that I am much more conscious of the times I cough and as a result I’ve minimized and reduced my coughs as a result the awareness of being able to see the data.

If any of you with have a lung or bronchial condition and live with someone who doesn’t have a lung disease, they probably get tired of hearing you cough all the time and likely worry about you. This app is a way for you to better manage that symptom, and there are no side effects. The wise old saying comes to mind: if you can’t measure it you can’t manage it.

I highly recommend this app for you to try out, it’s one of the best I’ve found.

### ***** "Great app"
Really helpful app
-- kimberly_9, 2023-01-09

### ***** "Works well!"
Impressed with how well it detected my coughs, even very slight ones.
-- lmtfx0019, 2022-12-06

### *---- "Doesn’t track cough and no way to recalibrate"
I’m sitting here with the app open, looking right at it and coughing yet it doesn’t register the coughs. I thought maybe i had to recalibrate it to better recognize my coughing sound but there seems to be no way to do that. So it basically does nothing.
-- Martholomeow, 2022-08-17

### *---- "Nice concept but not working - poor design"
Worked for a day then stopped completely. No way to reset. I turned off turned on force closed app rebooted phone. Nothing would get it to start tracking again. No way to go back to the start and record cough sample either. Further it kept turning in bedtime when I had turned it off.
-- Phx reader, 2022-07-16

### *---- "Needs work!"
Great concept but execution is poor!
No user instructions. Unable to playback coughs with sound.
-- trc43, 2021-09-18

### *---- "Disastrous Privacy Policy"
Their massive technobabble privacy policy is more mind numbing than that of Google’s and Facebook’s combined. It’s the typical tactic that insures that no one can possibly read through dozens of pages (printed out) nor begin to comprehend the meaning. I’m amazed that anyone would check the “I agree” box. No surprise, I suppose, given that the name of the company is Fastlane Global Marketing LLC. I’m not kidding!
-- Omnipotentud, 2021-09-09

### ***** "Surprisingly accurate"
A must have on ur phone, it doesn’t interfere with other apps.
