In the current version of the app we can create a countdown only with an end date. Can you please include start date as well as end date for an event. The countdown will not begin until the start date.

Needs a duration function for events. I have a start date, but the end date has to be a different entry? You can put an end date, but then it only shows duration. I'm looking for time since the event AND event duration.

I used this app for years without issues, my events would be locally saved to my device. Recently this company decided they will not save your events unless you enable iCloud Drive, as a matter of fact that will delete your events if you don’t, and their recovery method does not work. Good job ruining your app, good riddance.

### ***** "Used for years, wonderful and reliable"
I use this app to track time to or since events, and have for years, and it does everything I need for that.

I can track major events, seeing how long until that event or looking back on the time passed since it.  But it’s also very useful for smaller ones, like tracking when I last cut my cats nails. It’s easy to differentiate events by name and picture and to update the time to now when I repeat the event by swiping left on the event in the main view and selecting “Reset To Now”. 

I’ve never had any issues with bugs, this app is well maintained and has great UI. 

I just (June 2024) realized how I’ve been using this app for years for free and decided to pay the one time fee for all “premium” features to support the developer. However this is totally usable without the paid features, as I’ve probably had it for 5 years and never needed to pay for it before. The premium features really are add ons, they DO NOT put core functionality behind a pay wall, which I really appreciate. 

5 stars and totally recommend for the use case. I use it every day or so and have never been disappointed.

I first discovered this app looking for an easy way to keep track of my garden. A couple clicks and I have record of when I planted something. Then used it to track last time I changed my oil. AC filter, watch battery… the list is endless. Super easy to use!

### ****- "Great Replacement"
I had to replace a previous, much beloved countdown app and came across this app. It’s really very functional and has so many great features. One thing that I wish this app did that I miss about the old app I had is it separated events that had passed from the ones still to come. This app lists all events in the same stream and makes it difficult to follow the events you have coming up in the future.

I tried a few other counter apps and they all wanted to do too much (wanted names and birthdays, or to create an account) AND wants you to SUBSCRIBE to using a counter app. Absolutely not. This app strikes the right balance between doing something well and letting me purchase something to support the developer.

Did NOT reset my iPhone and yet I get a message that it wasn’t linked to my iCloud and that I will lose all my info of my phone resets. I open the app and ALL OF MY EVENTS ARE GONE!! What the heck?!! Now I have to start over??! This WAS a 5-star app 😡

Love this app but the ‘day’ bar should fill in 1/7th of the total bar for each day that passes but instead it looks like it fills in 1/31st of the bar. Kinda ruins the flow because it only fills in a little of the bar before going back to zero after a week passes.

I have used this app for years to keep track of all kinds of important dates. But lately, all the app does is crash. Edit to add: I have done everything a reasonably competent IT professional would do: 1) Restart my phone 2) Delete & reinstall the app 3) Turn off iCloud 4) Turn off iCloud, delete the app & reinstall - crash stops here but all data is lost 5) Turn iCloud back on & app crashed immediately crashes. And crashes repeatedly every time it’s opened The problem lies in the iCloud connection. Especially in iOS 17 & each minor update since. This is on a brand new iPhone 15 pro max, with a brand new setup.

I used this app for years liked it. Kept all my important events for me. Now it everything is gone and it says something about syncing with the iCloud. Well I don’t use the iCloud so all my events are gone. No warning. Thanks for nothing. I can’t get those back and since I have them save to my phone they are lost forever. Apps should think about people who don’t want there info shared across devices and platforms. So disgusted with the way technology is leading people not the other way.
