DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT with THIS BANK! 
One day they just closed your account and said wait for 45 days to get back your OWN Money!!!! They just lying and wasting customers time!
No phone number to contact them, if you send messages on the App you get the same reply everyday they answer you a day once!! They closed my account with no REASON!!
And you have to wait 45days to get your own money.
Now im waiting 45 days if they not transfer my money i will take them to COURT!!! Never open account with this bank!!!! NEVER!!!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Countingup Has No Regard for Customers that have been a victim of Fraud

I recently had the incredibly unfortunate experience of losing £75,000 in a fraudulent investment scheme, and Countingup has been nothing short of disastrous in handling this situation. They aren’t part of the Contingent Reimbursement Model (CRM) Code—which protects customers from fraud. This bank has shown zero concern for my best interests, and it’s clear they do not prioritise the security of their customers’ money.

Despite my repeated requests, Countingup declined to provide any evidence of security measures in place at the time of my transaction. Their response has been dismissive. I was left feeling that my life savings, which I invested with complete trust, meant nothing to them.

If you are considering using Countingup, please think twice. This bank will NOT stand by you if you fall victim to fraud. I strongly urge anyone looking for reliable banking services to take their business elsewhere—Countingup has made it clear they cannot be trusted with your money.

I was using this account however… they was charging me up to £90 a MONTH as they charging for EVERYTHING :/ and the most funny if u will agree on the T&C and they decide to close your account (no reason ) they will put your company assets on hold for up to 45 WORKING DAYS… So try Wise Business or Anna miles better. Avoid Avoid Avoid If someone have same problem im suggesting to contact FCA and make a complain as myself maybe it will make them disappear from the market.

Follow up : 
Counting up and their respond is simple lies as I did contact them multiple times and their still stating the same 🤷‍♀️ still waiting for my company assets as they didn’t arrive yet as they should. If anyone know ANY bank which have this kind of practice please let me know.

They sent me a letter home, they found out that I’ve open a company.ok. I open the account , after I get paid into account 39£ they start to request proof of work, I requested some information, and they act like they are robots, after I explain the situation I requested a pos system to be paid much easier. Anyway they ignored my question. For a PREPAID BANK, I think they are very highly regulated as much as it is not worth to open an account with them, they will block funds and they will look for any excuses to STOP YOUR FUND AND BUSINESS ACTIVITY. I had hopes for my business, everything went well for my business I even get loads of customers, in locksmith industry, but unfortunately I will have to get paid cash until I open business bank account with a highly regulated PHYSICAL BANK, not PREpaid ones like this one, I would like to highlight the fact that they told me they are A PREPAID BANK basically same as any app. But for bank…
