Introducing the brand new Count.It app, a breakthrough in corporate wellness and team building. The new app seamlessly syncs with Apple Health and other fitness tracking apps and creates an interactive, virtual wellness challenge. Built to get people moving and promote healthy community culture, the new app is the result of nearly a decade of market experience. Among many innovations: 

--A zoomable virtual challenge path that displays user avatars as though they were together on a real world journey. 
--Multiple challenge types, including daily steps, hundreds of exercises, and mindfulness/meditation. 
--A new sync'ing engine build from the ground up to ensure fast delivery data to make challenges feel increasingly "real time."
--Hooray for one tap emoji reactions! Yep, that's in there too. 
--Configurable goals and rewards for individual users, and the group as a whole.  
--Smart scaling technology which allows admins to set the relative difficulty of their challenge

### *---- "Doesn’t sync in anything close to real time"
This app really has issues. No one in my challenge has their steps accurately displayed. Sometimes it takes hours for the app to sync with our trackers—so what’s the point of a competition if you have no idea where you fall in the race?! Someone in my group said all her steps were just wiped out all together! 
I’ve reached out for help and the responses do not solve the issues we’re having.

Tracker connected but all points deleted at end of challenge. I’m very competitive and connected Apple Health to seamlessly log activity points. After time change, all my activity was removed from Count.It app. This app does have access to all of my Apple Health data too btw

I cannot understand how my tracker works in two challenges simultaneously with no issue. One closes and I start another and none of my steps, exercise, etc gets tracked even though it is connected to the same one. This is the third time I have encountered this with Count it.

Takes me to website outside of the app to enter payment details. I should be able to use Apple Pay like all my other apps.
