How does Country Delight deliver direct from the farm?
We engage directly with dairy farmers within 100kms radius of your city to procure fresh Cow and Buffalo milk twice every day. We don’t recombine or overprocess our milk or any other grocery items in our range. After checking its quality over 72 parameters, including synthetic hormones, antibiotics, and naturally occuring toxins, we pasteurise all Milk for safety, and we are delivering it to your homes within just 18-24 hours of collection. Our direct-from-farm and in-house delivery partners help us make your life easier.  

How to receive my order daily?
You can place or modify your order till 12 midnight for Milk and other dairy items. For Grocery fresh fruits and vegetables delivery, the daily cut-off ranges from 10pm to 12pm depending on your location. Our excellent delivery team will place your order at your doorstep. Just open your door to Fresh Milk, Milk Products, Fruits and vegetables anytime after 7 AM. 
It is also easy to get our Milk or fruits and vegetables every day by creating a subscription plan for these essential groceries. Our customizable subscription plan makes life easier in more ways than one. It empowers you to get fresh milk every day while also giving you a transparent view of your monthly spends on groceries. They are not a straight forward Brand. If you portray yourself as an Honest brand delivering high quality products then why do you always try to trick your customers. Others sell 500 ml but you will give 450ml. Pricing keeps changing and too many tricks once you keep renewing VIP then price of products increases whereas same product will show a lesser price on other account. Instant delivery shows a different total amount and when we check the amount later deducted from wallet it’s higher and shows different charges for delivery fee and some other fees, which should be shown directly if something is being charged as done by all companies. How do you expect such a tricky brand product quality and now I have my doubts if it’s all just false marketing

I don't know how many of you have faced this situation, but every time you order something from their instant order section, they ask you to load the wallet twice with an additional 10 Rs., never completing the transaction in a single go. Another issue is their false promises: they will promise in 20 minutes but actually arrive between 45 minutes to an hour. Additionally, their 900 ml ghee is sold at the same price as 850 ml, and similar tactics are used for other items like milk, where the quantity is slightly reduced despite the unchanged price. These practices seem like cheap tactics to cut costs and maximize profits.

Country delight is a fraud and scam company now. They been continuously misbehaving with their delivery and also their items. If it would have been once or twice ,it’s understandable, but now now whenever I place an order for fruits or veggies, they would charge full price and would not send the items, sent items would be completely rotten every time. I am just waiting for my recharge amount to be exhausted and fine and dusted either country delight. Pathetic.

I have been using this app for the last 4 months. It's a smooth experience so far. One day I was not at my home, and i forgot to pause the delivery. The delivery boy called me 3 4 times,  but I couldn't pick up. Later, I called him back, and he said he would deliver the order soon. I asked him to take it back, he politely explained to me that for this process i need to talk to  customer care. I reached out to them and my issue got solved in an hour.

I had enabled auto pay and to my surprise they increased their VIP membership cost and I never got any notification about this increase.
