-- Priyanka kelaskar, 2024-09-21

### ****- "Reservation time takes long"
They have good properties and stay is also comfortable..only concern is longer time they take for reservation, it took around 4-5 days to book stay.
I was not getting options to book stay from application, I had to write mails to reservation team..this needs to be improved
-- Hars0507, 2024-08-22

### *---- "Cheaters"
Beware don’t loose your hard earn money
I have taken 15 years or there membership and paid 3 lakh
I don’t got even a single penny worth
They will keep on saying we will provide you
But the date will pass and they will still say we will do it
Bunch or cheaters Abhishek and other owner are just bunch of cheaters

### ***** "My wonderful experience with cht"
I just love the app easy to use user-friendly dashboard and everything is perfect i book my trip with this app and my trip was just perfect.
-- Anuu1233, 2024-06-07

### *---- "No hotel tie-ups"
This company has no hotel tie-ups. Provide fake vouchers with the terms and conditions that they themselves doesn’t follow.

They want customer to go to places as per their choice because of their limited tie-ups however it should be vice-versa where customer should have liberty to choose destination and hotel of his choice.
