I purchased via the app and when I went to check out it took my money but didn’t process the order so now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. I’ve had other issues too using it. I just rely on the website now. The only thing I find it helpful for is the Wishlist and checking my rewards

After a few glitches with Wish List and log outs, seems these have been patched and the latest updates are appreciated. Best thing is being able to see ALL of my purchases online and in store with the itemised breakdown of product, price, return, etc.. 
Is also great to be able click direct from item in Cart or Wishlist, if wanting to view the original listing again. App has come along way in little upgrades from 6 months ago.

Devs: One thing that does seem to be still having an issue is; rewards earned in store are not reflecting in reward view with expiry date. Totally value is listed, but no idea what date when it expires. Seems only rewards earned via online purchases are showing.

I’ve the most recent version of the App and find it slow and buggy. I’ve tried connecting to different Wi-Fi connections as well and it’s still quite slow and cumbersome to use. Having said that I love the product so I grin and bare it.

Love that it keeps me logged in (always forgetting my passwords) and I can save all the things to my wishlist!! Have noticed there is in store purchases now too, very handy!
