The user experience is so much better than the prior version. Greatly appreciate the proactive prices. I checked it a few days and wasn't seeing the results I expected but it looks like it has been fixed now.

This app if very frustrating to use. It does t work at all. I can’t even get anything to come up from a search.   I really don’t know why the Sydney app says I have to use this app.   Devs need to get on the ball put some effort into a single app instead of using two apps for your insurance plan

The app maybe ok, but coupe health overall is a horrible system and is only out to screw over the people.  Screw Anthem for creating this awful coverage plan.

New insurance for me this year. It was advertised as easy to use and would be able to search for whatever I need done (such as a broken arm) and it would give me my cost using different providers. The app search function does not work. The website does let you search but it only really lets you search what tier a provider is with no filter functions. Not to mention tier 1 seems to be non existent for some things like labs (looked at a 200 mile distance).

My employer recently swapped healthcare coverage to Coupe which is a sub brand through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. My old provider also had an app that worked great and could quickly find urgent cares or specific care providers in network nearby, with an accurate map showing their location. Coupe’s app and website are incapable of doing that. The search function is a total mess. Just searching for an urgent care near me, the search brought up behavioral therapy providers and optometrists. What the heck? I had to call Anthem to confirm that my closest urgent care that I typically use is in fact in network, however the Coupe app and website does not show it. This is medical negligence on Coupe’s part for delivering such a broken user experience and goes beyond basic inconvenience, they are going to get someone seriously hurt or killed by making it so difficult to find proper care in a timely manner.

### *---- "App and site do not work. Even after recent fixes."
This is my first time subscribing to Coupe Health. To my understanding, the platform is new. It does not work. Searching does not work. Simply put, it’s broken. And if it were to work, there are no filters to help you narrow down a search. At the moment, there Is no way to connect to virtual care or urgent care. I am met with a blank screen.

There is a lot of work that is needed to make the app functional. Please look at castlight’s product. That is an app I wish Coupe would emulate.
