I don’t often leave bad reviews. My experience has not been great. The system they have in place does not work well for the seller that uses the app when the buyer has not collected. There’s no return function. I do not recommend using it.

They purposely loose people’s parcels and refuse to pay the full amount back

Poor service, which is what we have come to expect in SA. But the app was also designed by a dumb child; extremely annoying and frustrating to use. Worst part of my day for sure.

I had about R20-R30 credit on my app and after the update it disappeared. I would be hesitant to leave any more money on the app. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do that either. I also cannot access the tracking and courier guy website from the app. I have to manually enter the code now into the website to check for delivery updates.

Great service deserves a far better app.

The update is horrible very difficult to use and it is time consuming we can’t autofill information anymore. We can’t even share tracking and also can’t get direct tracking on the website this is very horrible and prices are not longer consistent

I’ve just booked a pick up and delivery and the only option was overnight delivery. Shouldn’t I have an option for a normal delivery? And if I don’t click on that overpriced over night delivery I can’t complete the pick up and delivery. Ay suka seniyabheda marn!

Seriously, I’ve just downloaded this app and can’t sign in. Back to Aramex

App is very bad , why cant it save the addresses? Service is very good though.

This is one of the most horrible apps to use: - it does not allow for past recipient details to be saved, so these have to be re-entered every time - the app does not check you have credit before you enter recipient details, but also does not save details, so everything you have entered is lost when you go back to purchase credit - the custom credit purchase mechanism is slow and unreliable - the app just glitches and flickers at times during the recipient entry process
