I don’t often leave bad reviews. My experience has not been great. 
The system they have in place does not work well for the seller that uses the app when the buyer has not collected. There’s no return function. 

I do not recommend using it.

Poor service, which is what we have come to expect in SA. But the app was also designed by a dumb child; extremely annoying and frustrating to use. Worst part of my day for sure.

I had about R20-R30 credit on my app and after the update it disappeared. I would be hesitant to leave any more money on the app. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do that either. I also cannot access the tracking and courier guy website from the app. I have to manually enter the code now into the website to check for delivery updates.

This is one of the most horrible apps to use:
- it does not allow for past recipient details to be saved, so these have to be re-entered every time
- the app does not check you have credit before you enter recipient details, but also does not save details, so everything you have entered is lost when you go back to purchase credit
- the custom credit purchase mechanism is slow and unreliable 
- the app just glitches and flickers at times during the recipient entry process

Not always highly intuitive but gets easier to use over time when you know to buy funds before starting the process . 

Could app developers add ability to load funds at the end of sending parcel process (so if you don’t have funds you can add them and finish the process?)

Love the whatsapp they sent me with the waybill and drop-off code, could be cool if the app also looked as clearcut / obvious as that.

This app doesn’t make sense , they ask for you to sign up which requires absolutely no password but one registration is complete you need to put in a password to sign in to your account ? So no matter what you do the only way to get into an account is to register one then say forgot password so that they can send you a code to your email so you can only then actually make a password for the very first time…

It’s difficult to find what you need and difficult to find the page to actually send a parcel. Once you get past all that, the actual service is excellent
