## Courier Journal Reviews in United States

### ****- "Solid Journalism"
The Courier-Journal’s team of excellent reporters keep my wife and I abreast of issues in our community and state.
-- Derby Doug, 2026-08-18

### ****- "Hometown"
Like it for the hometown news and the obituaries. Wonder why you can not download it out if the country?
-- Louisville girl, 2026-08-08

### ***-- "Bugs R Us"
This app is the way I like to read the CJ. However, recently when I bring up the enewspaper on my iPad, there is an overlay of ads, pictures, QR codes, who knows what all, that appears over the top of the content. It’s as if you printed something on a piece of paper that already had printing on it. Both content and ads are virtually unreadable. If you page over and come back, it might be gone. But that is no guarantee that it won’t be back. In addition, I love doing the crossword puzzles but for many months, “Today’s Crossword” cannot be printed in whole on letter sized paper from the iPad or iPhone. The USA Today puzzle is fine and the Sunday puzzles, though much bigger, are fine. If you try to reduce the size to fit on one sheet, it doesn’t change at all, and never will fit it all on one page. I can print it on one page from my PC but not from my iPad or iPhone, even though I used to be able to do this and can STILL print the USA Today puzzle from there.
-- Me but peeved, 2026-07-30

### **--- "Glitchy"
Constantly slow it is always trying to switch me to the for you section.

Shame what the parent company has done
-- WBM381, 2026-07-02

### ***** "Great paper"
Good daily paper
-- art2217, 2026-06-19

### ****- "Enough bathroom and gutter ads"
I know you need ad money but this community must have all the walk-in bath and gutter guards they need. Keep up with the great investigating reporting!
-- steggie33, 2026-04-30

### ****- "Great source for local news"
Sources are wonderland right on point.
-- Cyaz420, 2026-04-10

### ****- "CJ updated app"
Is unfriendly
-- No namereader, 2026-03-28

### ****- "Great “paper”"
Great local stuff. National predictably after the fact
-- Pewee Dem, 2026-03-20

### *---- "Bad app opening"
On my iPad and iPhone, I have to start it , close it, then restart at least 90% of the time the first time I open it each day! It hasn’t always done this. When will it be fixed?
-- Papa S222, 2026-02-01
