Please contact me. I cannot log in with ANY email “error signing in” as well as i am not able to contact support as it just states “email is mandatory” when there is clearly a correct email stated.

Buggy as hell
Videos always start in lowest quality on 1gbps fiber internet, quizzes submit button doesn’t do anything if the app has been running more than few minutes. Front page keeps showing old progress and app has to be manually killed and restarted all the time. Content is good but the poor delivery ruins it. Not going to continue after free trial only due to these issues.
No Chromecast support?
I downloaded the app to view Coursera content on Chromecast. It turns out it doesn’t work. There is no cast button in the videos.
Graded quiz not working on IPAD
Black screen on quiz. Latest IOS..
payment handling is not working properly
I have made payments using Apple store and paypal. This seem to be very difficult task to get working continuously. I have set up location based restrictions on my credit card and experienced one payment to be missed due this. There was no way of re-trying payment after credit card resyrictions were temporarily removed. I didn’t find any communication channel with coursera personnel just a lot of FAQs.
Gets stuck
Gets stuck pretty much every time one tries to change orientation.
Awesome platform
Awesome platform for learning. I would give it a 5 for the content but 4 as it gets sometimes stuck when playing videos.
Could be great, but...
The app is great, but when works... Get’s stuck too often on iPhone X.
Unnecessary logins
The app requires you to login between random intervals. Sometimes you have to login many times per day and it can be very frustrating.
Learn what you want when you want
I love Coursera as I can learn many different topics at the pace I like. Some times a full course in a week, some times over months... and always for free if you just want to learn. Also the quality of courses is usually pretty high. Thank you for existing.
