This is by far the best app I’ve ever used. I have been a member for a number of years now and it’s grown so much, the customer service hasn’t changed one bit as it’s got bigger, they always go above and beyond to help. Whenever I’ve contacted them they always get back me and have resolved any issues.

 What I love about the App is it has something for everyone of all abilities. 
I also love how Courtney Black looks after new customers but also looks after existing customer which is very rare these days, once your In a contract a lot of other companies don’t care and only want new members, that is not the case with this app.
 I would 100% recommend this app to anyone wanting to get into fitness to loose weight or just maintain a certain fitness level.

I use the CB app daily. I have tried several different dieting techniques throughout my adult life and none of them stuck/worked. I have been using the app for 4 years now after getting engaged in 2020 and panicking at how I would look in a wedding dress. I done one workout and was hooked. 
I never feel like I am going through this alone as the CB community are always there to help and support through the forum. 
The app is easy to use and is always there with a friendly face to help improve your life. It’s great value for money getting daily exercises from several different trainers and so many meal plans it’s unreal. There is something for everyone and I would highly recommend. The CB app changed the way I live and has definitely saved my life. Helping improve not just my physical health but I mental health aswell! 
If you haven’t tried it yet, DO! You might just change your life.

I have used this app since lockdown. Previously I have had a personal trainer, used the gym & done fitness classes. The workouts on this app have been the best and most effective for my fitness journey & over all physical appearance. Being able to do amazing workouts from home has meant I can easily fit them in and not worry about childcare. The range of workouts on this app is incredible! If you’re thinking of trying them please do, it has absolutely changed my life. Also the value for money is incredible! Not to forget the recipes that are also included!

I have been using this app for the last 3 years. Absolutely love the variety of workouts and trainers. Also the recipes. Being able to work out at home fits around my lifestyle of being a single mum and working full time. I don’t have time or childcare to get to the gym. I have always been a gym goer, pre children,  but I have realised that you don’t have to go to the gym to get the results you want. I also like that if you have a question Courtney will respond! I usually message her on Instagram.

I’ve been training with CB since the start of lockdown and haven’t looked back since. There’s not a week that has gone by since then I haven’t used the app. It has become part of my daily routine whether it be for the workouts using any trainer or the cook books. 

I honestly wouldn’t be able to live without this app and get excited every morning knowing I get to train!

I’ve been a member of the Courtney Black app for years, it’s absolutely amazing.
It is perfect for home workouts or in the gym, the trainers are all fantastic.
There’s a mixture of types of workouts and time so it’s perfect for fitting into your lifestyle and the time you have.
The app has a range of recipes, workout planner, calories assist and there’s always new workouts uploaded by the trainers and challenges going on!
It’s a fantastic community, 100% recommend it!!

I have been a member of the CB App for nearly 2 years. It has transformed my fitness and relationship with food. The challenges are always fun but will push you outside your comfort zone. There is something for everyone. Courtney is quite literally a PT in your pocket. I take the app everywhere with me. I never miss a workout and I’ve lost over 20kg. The best bit about the app are definitely the recipes because you are able to keep the weight off and not cut out any of your favourite foods.
