## Courtney For Life Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Love this app!"
As someone who uses their home gym most of the time, this app is perfect. There is a great variety of programming and the substitutions /alternatives make it so easy. Love the format / layout and how seamless the experience is. Thank you for building the perfect complement to my training at home.

### ***** "Highly Recommend!"
This app so so well laid out and very user friendly!

There are quite a few training programs to choose from depending on how many days per week you want to workout or what areas of the body you want to target.

It’s very easy to swap out exercises if you don’t have a specific machine, or you only have dumbbells. Each exercise has a video demonstrating how to perform the movement with tips and cues.

You can track your weights weekly right within the app to keep an eye your progress. You can also track your weight and measurements!

I can’t say enough good things about the app itself or Coach Courtney. Having access to her for questions, form checks, as well as motivation and check-ins is truly priceless!
