The ‘new’ Coutts app is riddled with glitches. Sometimes it can take me 10 minutes to login due to ‘unexpected error’ messages. I’ve tried everything, reset PC, laptop , updated , deleted and re-download app. Different browsers. Nothing improves being able to login seamlessly. This needs serious looking into if Coutts want to retain its reputation.
