The interface is awful. I can't even call it amateurish. Usage graph doesn’t have a scale on it so you can’t see what you’ve used. The forecast bill estimate is consistently wrong. The tariff section of your plan doesn’t actually tell you what hours each tariff applies to - just mysterious off peak and peak. Very poor really as its basic data -- quip rip do, 2026-07-16 ### **--- "Usage Tab Needs Improvement" I have recently joined on the SolarMax plan, however the usage tab does not currently reflect the correct TOU tariffs: On the usage details tab: - only shows a standard FiT and does not show usage for the bonus FiT - only shows one ‘off peak’ rate, and does not show the free 3 hour rate from 11am-2pm, nor the EV off peak rate from 12am-6am On the usage summary tab: - usage per day appears to be a sum of kw used and FiT, which makes no sense. This should only show kW bought, and separate FiT kw credits. - cost per day does not appear accurate based on above issues. Hope the development team can take action to update the app to better reflect the current plans.
