Even though they state all messages are important to them they in fact frequently ignore emails. If you make a valid human error on their app they penalize you and restrict your account without notice so you lose work and cover opportunities. They withhold healthy dialogue and communication in important and professional matters that require a response, instead preferring to ignore instructors treating them extremely unfairly. Even though they have some positive reviews and yes, the app is a great concept and useful, however, It seems they use this fact to power trip, to manipulate and treat instructors poorly. Unfortunately, these are negative aspects to this company that may eventually put you off. I would recommend sourcing your cover work from decent humans and organisations that treat you well and with the respect you know you deserve as a hard working instructor.
