Why can’t I watch a game on my phone when I’m not at home? Hulu, YouTube, and others don’t have this limitation.

The app is okay and works fairly well. The main issue with it is looking through the schedule for upcoming shows. You should be able to search by channel but you have to advance the entire schedule and then find the channel you are wanting. The biggest issue is the cloud Dvr service. It is the most terrible service I have ever used. Issues with shows freezing up, image quality drops/pixelates for several minutes after advancing, advancing through commercials can take as long as watching the commercials.

Please create a multiview/multicast feature for the AppleTV app so we can watch up to four sports at once. Also, we need all channels that we pay for available anywhere away from home!

App is totally unusable. Just keeps saying “sorry, something didn’t go as planned” or “something went wrong” over and over. Won’t load a single thing.

This app stop working a week ago..I did trouble shouting but no luck…this app needs an update to fix it

Just did the required update. The contour app won’t open on iPad or cell phone. Cox services are way too expensive to be so useless. Subpar performance is an ongoing issue with Cox.

Terrible sound issues watching recordings on phone

Stop playing dumb and ignoring everybody and just fix it already! Fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it! What’s the issue??? It can’t be that difficult to fix something that everybody’s paying for!

That’s it. The app won’t open! PERIOD! This app is horrible! It needs to be updated badly! Come on Cox! Please do something! We are customers paying for your service. The least you can do is provide a product that works properly! Half the time the app won’t open like now! And there are frequent blips in the audio. It really takes the enjoyment out of watching a program.
