## CPDH Description
1. We have introduced new features in our app and a few new user roles to bifurcate the user experience. For this, relevant UI changes were made to ease out sign up process. The sign up process is now based on 3 questions ie asking the Type of User role and the type of Study whether it is Full Time or Part Time and Does the user hold any Specialist Registration with AHPRA?
2. Also to enhance user experience, we have introduced the concept of Dark mode where users can read or learn their modules with lesser eye strain. This setting can be seen in the Profile menu.

## CPDH Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Dissatisfied"
I have tried to use the app for the last six months and it gets stuck in a loop. The app opens and a message appears with no words present only a link that says “OK”. Then the spinning wheel of death begins. Please try and fix this.

### *---- "Often crashes or doesn’t load at all"
Can’t recommend

### *---- "Bugs galore"
Constantly not uploading requiring deleting and reinstalling. Now won’t load and asking me to update, I click update to end up in an ongoing loop. Deleting again and reinstalling!
-- Review appraisal, 2026-07-08

### *---- "Terrible app"
Terrible app. Consistently crashes. Will not be renewing my subscription with this company ever again
-- Spactbsj, 2025-12-15

### *---- "Long loading times, crashes often, hard to access learning"
I had high hopes for this CPD home but unfortunately the mobile version is very buggy. The learning material category is a big issue, crashes often and the search function for materials will often just not work and show no available learning. I find learning materials really important to how I use my CPD home as a jnr Dr and this just doesn’t really work at all
