I’ve been playing this game for years, but I’ve found that each time there’s an update, something changes for the worse. Totem exchanges were originally 10 on each update. This has changed to 5 and they cost more of the resources. I understand that the owners have to make some money, but the game also needs to be enjoyable and not frustrating. The more levels you reach, the more the “cost” increases. 

been playing this game and one of today’s tasks was to get a “match 7”. I’ve done this TWICE but the game has not credited me with them. Really enjoy playing it but sometimes you don’t get all the credits etc you’re promised (eg don’t always get the crystals). It needs a good overhaul and update. Got a response saying only registers when you get them manually but I’ve done this ( not by cascades as was suggested!!!!) and not got the credits needed to complete the task for the lotus. They’re just not checking the game on a regular basis.

Second review 
The Daily Quests have changed and it’s definitely not the same game as I first started to play. I understand that changing/updating the version keeps it fresh, but I’m finding that the game doesn’t “grab” me as much as it used to do. A lot of the tasks are far more difficult than they were and really at the end of the day, it should be a game to enjoy.

Played this for years, but it’s just not fun anymore. The games are hard and over complicated with about four kinds of obstacle in each level. Where are some of the old familiar ones I used to love? Also why are all areas the same now? The fisherman’s hut used to have games with floats for example. Now they’re just repetitive and hawk.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could make it easier to get the chargers needed to complete quest. It’s very frustrating to now have only four different chargers needed to complete multiple quests and not being able to get one even using my “make it easier to get chargers “ spell and still not get it in the few minutes the spells works for.

Basically we have no chance of making any progress because of greed. The tasks are set so you can’t win without having to make purchases.  The cost of crystals are ridiculous. Having played this game for years I’m now thinking it’s not worth the effort, if you can make progress there’s no joy in playing.

I’ve been playing for a few years, but lately the tech issues are a problem. Having lost all my friends due to tech issues I no longer get extra energy,and a full,day isn’t enough to replenish the energy source, so no point in raising through the levels to be given extra energy if it’s not available. Lately there are more ads offering extras for sale and some chargers are never given so you can’t complete collections. I play to unwind but lately win less games as you have to do more to get a win, also when you are given free energy for 15-30 mins the games are harder and you seldom win.

Very addictive game. Better than your usual match three as there is always challenges to work toward. Couple of downsides..... Takes a long time to reach next level the higher you go and frustrating trying to find items to complete collections. Overall though brilliant game. Update: 21/11/23 Getting very difficult now to complete levels. Not enough moves given on the +2 levels and all levels nearly always ending with one move to go encouraging using gems and therefore having to buy them. Not the game it once was. I understand it’s better to have a challenging game so it’s not boring but not to the point where it’s impossible to move forward in the game. Seems every developer is getting very very greedy now.
Update: 22/4/24: Clearly the developers take no notice of players concerns and as everyone who gives low stars seems to have the same issue you’d think that they would. No point doing any of the quests as they are impossible to complete. You would spend more trying to complete them than you would gain finishing them. I haven’t played for months and in that time nothing has changed in terms of level/ collection difficulty and it is now harder to complete anything.
