I paid for the first year. I cancelled before the year was up. Then when the year was up they charged my account $149. I can’t get my money back or get in the site. I go in circles telling me to sign up. Then when i do it says have n account. When using my password it says not it. When i hit forgot password the page say invalid page. No one to contact.

Waste of money and they set you up for automatic subscription renewal without giving you a chance anywhere within the app to cancel your subscription. Actually, there’s no place on the app that shows you how to cancel your subscription. There’s only technical support in the form of an outgoing pretyped email. The platform is set up to make you stuck with the product. I’m sure that’s how they make their money. Don’t waste your time.

Agree with so many other reviewers. Have used for years. Renewed this year online and have verification from statement. However Craftsy “has no account “ with my same email I’ve used for years- don’t know who took the money, working to get refund. Don’t waste your time with customer service- I even emailed  them my long time customer number and statement with verification of payment. I have wasted so much time. Unfortunately, for the great individuals who are giving the classes, I do not recommend the platform

If you have been a member of Craftsy since the beginning as I have, don’t bother looking for your purchased classes on the app.  They aren’t there.  You can only access them from the website directly.  Same is for the app on ios and android.  Ridiculous!!!

Customer service is sketchy, hard to contact and difficult to get to someone to actually cancel if you wish to do that.
I did not find that many topics relevant to my style of art but if you like crochet or knit they have a lot of that. But trying to cancel is frustration for sure.
