Entering the id and password every time is not an app I wish to use. Can you fix it please.
This App is totally unreliable. Goes ok for a while and then won’t accept PIN and tells you to login in using ID and password. Do that and then all you get is a white screen. Only way to restart is to delete and reload App. I have been telling Craig’s this for 12 months and no change. Any response from Craig’s blames their “provider” Not a good look for a major institution that charges big fees to spend your money. Frustrated
Works 5 or 6 times then a blank white page comes up not only on an iPhone 12 but also a 15. The only way to sort it is to delete the app and reload it. Have done this a dozen times in the last 12 months and has just done the same thing again. Painful!!
As at Feb 2024 on an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS the app just won’t load. A blank white screen. Pretty poor as this is a very mainstream phone!!
App is painfully slow, often will not open and doesn’t really offer much insight into your account. It ticks the box insofar as having a mobile app but the intent is for you to use browser to access your account.
The app should show the original “bought at” price and total value to indicate whether the total has gone up or down compared to current stock price and overall value Forsyth Barr app does this, come on Craigs I thought you were bigger, better?
This has happened in recent days, 22 Dec 2019. Is this an Apple or Craig’s problem. Is anything being done to correct this? We cannot review our account on our IPADS. Real pain as we are travelling.
After the last update for "minor improvements" it now comes up with a message saying does not work in ipad. Not sure how that is an improvement.
2 years ago they “updated” and removed the real time (20min lag) to how individual shares were tracking, daily up/downs - everything you actually need to know. This “update” removes the ability to see anything except the total value of your portfolio! Pathetic! Actually making me consider moving to a different broker - it’s like they don’t want you to know how your shares are going. Rubbish.
Works fine for me.
