## Crane Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***** "Love!"
Very intuitive, easy to use app. Love the new features!
-- Faithful-follower, 2026-03-17

### *---- "Can’t login"
This app won’t let me invoke my password manager to input my login credentials. What the he’ll???? This was working before the update. What ever happened to if it ain’t broke don’t fix it???
-- DumpsterFire737, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Payments"
Paid but doesn’t show and redid now I’m out two payments; give me back my payments so I can do it in person at the bank!!!!!
-- @!%Josephine, 2025-07-23

### *---- "New update broke app"
The newest update broke the app. They apparently forgot tablets are a thing, as well as PASSWORD MANAGERS! It’s basically useless, and I can’t get it to work at all on iPad (it’s stuck in portrait and refuses to load properly) I get it was old, but this isn’t a fix.
-- small hobbit, 2025-07-22

### *---- "New Update"
Design of pages is terrible. The old version was simple and easy to use. This new design is horrendous.
-- K H F S, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Terrible update"
Recent update makes it excruciating to log in.
-- Zxcgrw, 2025-07-15

### **--- "Zelle"
The Zelle limit being 500$ a day is stupid you know people use that to pay bills
-- emilythelover11, 2025-07-15

### *---- "What happened?"
I was doing fine with it until I was required to update it. I can’t login at all and I have upcoming bills. I need to check to see if I have enough money yet it won’t let me login because it needs and update when there isn’t an update available. Please fix this or I’ll just take my banking elsewhere because this is irritating.
-- DJ_Winter21, 2025-07-15

### **--- "Won’t even open"
I have tried reinstalling even and nothing it just opens then I see the logo then it crashes other then that recently happening this app hasn’t gave me any issues so far….
-- AverageJoey468, 2024-04-12

### *---- "Won’t load"
Ever since the most recent update the app simply won’t work. It just loads and loads then says the request has timed out. Absolutely FRUSTRATING.
