This is the most sophisticated California state exam prep app ever created. We have over 1,100 questions covering everything you need to know to help you achieve your goal of passing the state exam the first time. With your time and dedication to studying on our app and online tool, you will feel prepared to take on the exam. The state exam covers the following categories: • Property Ownership and Land Use Controls • Law of Agency and Fiduciary Duties • Property Valuation and financial Analysis • Financing • Transfer of Property • Practice of Real Estate and Disclosers • Contracts Each category on our app will include questions to help you understand the concepts and prepare for your big day! -Watch short video explanations for about 90% of the questions, providing insight to why you should choose a certain answer. You basically have your own tutor! - Vocabulary embedded into each question, so you won’t need to leave the page or search your book for the definition! The definition is just a tap away. - The best part is that you will not be able to move on to the next question until you answer it correctly, so you are reinforcing the concepts as you go. Our mock exams are available to take over and over again. There are endless mock exam possibilities. At the end of each mock exam the app will grade you overall and give you a percentage (we want you scoring in the upper 80s and 90s) and it will also give you a percentage of how you’re doing in each category. Focus on what you’re not grasping by reviewing the missed questions and continue studying until you reach exam day! Want even more hands on learning? Join us for a live weekend crash course right before you sit for the state exam. Reserve your seat using our app and bring your questions for the instructor. Best study tool" I did my online courses and waited a really long time after filing for the state exam to actually take it. I just used this app religiously for two weeks before my exam and I aced it on my first try. Trust the process, do the questions a bunch of times, and you will do well! -- beeboo bean, 2024-10-08 ### ***** "Great App! Definitely Helped me pass" This App was so helpful allowing me to study at any given moment. I Passed My Licensing exam First Try thanks to crash course online. The Mock exams are great and definitely helped prepare me for the real deal. -- Groat . Brandon A, 2021-08-12 ### *---- "iPad app is useless" Try watching a video while answering. You have to close the app to get out of explanation video. Not sure about the quality of success with their course but their app has not been updated for 4years which puts them among worst iOS developers -- Singh81a, 2021-05-22 ### ****- "Effective way to learn" The way he explains the information is perfect!!. He makes it very easy to learn and understand. I love it!! The issue comes when you watch a video explaining the answer choices. The app crashes and there is no easy way to exit out of the video back into the questions. About 95% of the time, my only option is to turn off my phone to be able to get back in. I would give it 5 stars if the app didn’t crash so much. I hope they fix that issue because this app is a life saver!! -- K2B🌞, 2021-02-19 ### *---- "Useless" It crashes after clicking next on the questions and exists the app completely. Useless. -- Nimarzv, 2019-10-09 ### ***** "Hands down no brainer" I don’t even know where to start. I’m not the best test taker but I studied my butt off for 2 weeks with this app. I highly recommend using an iPad or tablet instead of on your phone. You answer the multiple question and then you watch the short explanation from the guy and he explains why it’s the right answer in a way where you learn the whole concept. It’s genius. I’m so happy my friend told me about this. It’s 100% worth it and if you go through every section you’ll pas the first time. It’s a must -- Akel Hillany, 2019-09-19 ### *---- "Doesn't Work" This app just plain doesn't work. -- OrangeCoastNate, 2015-11-06 ### ***** "Helped me pass!" Great app. ADHI has the best teachers and the best online and in person training. This app is new so it's buggy but it was a life saver. Just passed my exam! -- 310mike, 2014-12-23 [View all Crash Course Online.com reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Crash Course Online.com In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Crash Course Online.com | $219.99 | | Crash course Online.com | $199.99 | ## Crash Course Online.com Discovered Keywords -
