## CrazyPhone Reviews in Australia

### ***** "Annoying Bug"
Add in a method to wipe the apps Badge alerts.

I have read all my txt messages, all their threads and swiped up and down with them all, in them all and the badge wont ever leave.

I like badges to know of messages I’ve missed but this is showing I’ve missed one without any further detail with it… driving me up the wall.

Please fix this… either recognise all messages read or allow us to wipe the status of it if nothing can be seen there.

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Fails saying “error downloading external provisioning”
-- Tronjowtron, 2025-07-06

### ***** "CRAZY EASY!"
I rate this company highly. Everything is just so easy to setup. Well priced too. No messing around for hours configuring a PBX. Thank you! 👍🏼🙏🏼❤️
-- s3rkol, 2025-07-03

### *---- "No longer works"
The App no longer works with the latest update.
-- me_jv, 2025-05-18

### *---- "Broken"
I just updated and it doesn’t work now. App freezes forever.
-- maxiewawa, 2025-05-16

### ***** "Excellent"
Absolutely excellent. Allows me to have my “virtual business mobile” accessible. I can set to do not disturb on weekends.

Fantastic.
-- jjpuxty, 2023-04-28

### ***** "Fantastic App"
Fantastic App, excellent customer service!!
Only thing I would like to see is the ability to use a call blocker like you can with the iPhone phone App if possible to filter out spam. 😊
-- treborsenaj66, 2023-02-08

### ****- "Ringer not loud enough"
Have been using the app mostly for incoming calls on an iPhone 8. The ringer isn’t loud enough when compared to normal phone calls.
-- bmanfield, 2023-01-30

### ***** "Great Value"
Very good softphone for the low price you pay for a CrazyTel plan.
