First one, turn on first time, just keep rebooting. Second one, WIFI shows printer on network, manually added ip since auto detect didn’t find it. Printer shows it successfully connected to my network, printer software constantly shows offline. Slot on the side that looks like it will take sd card is just a blank, I tried to put a card in, card is now living inside the printer. Support - first printer they asked for printers of everything, I sent them pictures of all the serial numbers, screen shots and even a video.
