## Creation Credit Card Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Suddenly withdraws the card"
With very little notice and never been overdrawn the card is to be withdrawn. No reason given!
-- Stompee, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Poor review"
I have roughly spent at least £1500 a month and paid my outstanding balance every month - after 3 years they have terminated my card with no reason - very poor show
-- Vry dissatisfied, 2024-12-27

### ***** "Creation credit"
Easy to use has always been accurate and feels safe
-- EAfocus, 2024-11-10

### **--- "Bank details"
I wanted to make a payment but could not find the bank details
-- DGJ41, 2024-11-04

### **--- "Can’t open App"
App will not open, stating “requires an update in App Store, takes you to App Store but still can’t access App, so can’t see the account
-- Challenger 835, 2024-10-21

### *---- "No in-app transaction verification"
Doesn’t offer in-app transaction verification so you still need to rely on SMS text messages which frequently get blocked by ‘security’ leaving you to spend hours on the phone just to make a single payment. Total farce.
-- IAmBasil, 2024-09-26

### ***-- "Takes forever"
I wish you could talk to someone on the app via a chat messenger service and the amount of time it takes for your balance to be updated is incredible it takes ages from your payment date.
-- ox yellows, 2024-09-01

### *---- "Won’t except my details"
Keep retrying adding all correct details but app says incorrect expiry or dob. Both are correct and I’ve checked the details in the browser. At the point of giving up with this credit card so difficult to make payments on browser
-- Clareylh, 2024-06-25

### *---- "Payment is missing"
I paid over £14,000 to Creation to settle an account. 3 weeks later it is still ‘missing’ even though I have confirmation their bank received it. I think they must be in financial difficulty. Avoid.
-- Neily wheelie, 2024-06-20

### *---- "Utter rubbish"
The app is garbage and the customer service from this company is absolutely atrocious. Let’s be frank, they get away with both these things because the credit cards they offer are solely for people with poor credit, what’s the betting that no one sticks around once their credit profile has improved.
-- Charliebenk, 2024-06-14
