Payment problems
Trying to make payment but throwing up an error. Payment has left my bank but not received on the app.
Waste of time
Information only app, what’s the point? I want to pay off my balance and app can’t cope.

Waiting to have access to my account,but according to this system no account available. I need to organise and prepare payment. I don’t know when I’ll be able to access account.

Thank you creation. My old cooker conked out and then my washing machine the bearings are going. With creation finance I’ve been able to replace both appliances at an affordable monthly repayment plan. Although I will pay extra to get the balance paid quicker. Very happy customer 😊
Unable to view all accounts
Before the app launched, I already had a closed paid off Creation DFS loan. I also have a GlowGreen loan for my new boiler. However, I can only see my Currys Flexpay account. There’s no option to add the GlowGreen account

This app does not work properly I’m getting sick and tired of it crashing on me every time blocking me out, Please Fix this app please otherwise this is going to annoy a lot of people
