## CREATIVATE Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unit Measure"
Is there a bug in the app? I can’t get past the unit of measure. The conformation box is not big enough to confirm choice of mm or inches. So until it’s fixed it a useless app.
-- Yikes2You, 2025-10-17

### ****- "Monitor Function"
I like to use the monitor function. However, I’ve found that the time remaining is very inaccurate. My machine says there are 14 minutes left and the app says there are a lot less minutes remaining. As I watched the app it constantly updates the time remaining by going from, for example, 5 seconds to 4 seconds and back to 5 seconds over and over again. I think the developers need a better time
estimating module for the app.
-- JMG1291, 2025-10-06

### ****- "Glitches"
Great app, very useful! But the mobile app freezes at the measurement unit selection panel.
-- Elifo4, 2025-09-25

### *---- "About your app"
I don’t like how y’all change the app I would rather buy from y’all didn’t having a subscription. Do not understand it. It was easy the other way I had bought a membership for this month, but I’m gonna cancel it. I’m not gonna renew cause I don’t like how the app works. I would rather purchase and leave it at that.
-- Sexxii$9, 2025-09-17

### *---- "Avoid this app if you have an older phone"
Very disappointing to see that the developers apparently have designed the app only for iPads and large screen iPhones. My iPhone SE isn’t all that old, but it still has a home button. If you have a home button, possibly even just one of the phones with smaller screens, you can’t even log in because what is presumably the “enter” button is not visible. Two thumbs down to SVP and the app developers.
-- MK in VA, 2025-09-09

### *---- "Update the app!"
There are way too many machines missing smh
-- gdhhbcfg, 2025-08-29

### ****- "Even if you can’t cut from the iPhone app you should be able to create from it."
Even if you can’t cut from the iPhone app you should be able to create from it.
-- Sumbof, 2025-08-15

### *---- "Worthless"
Have never been able to get this app to work on my IPad without it crashing it’s too bad we paid big $$ for a Pfaff machine that has almost no decorative stitches as advertised. The machine would be great if it had everything without the extra charges.
-- Bonniefalcon, 2025-06-03

### **--- "Embroidery"
Every time I open the embroidery tab it freezes even after the updates. Really frustrating as that is the only reason I downloaded my sew net was so I could design embroidery files on my iPad.
-- CandieMae90, 2025-05-31

### *---- "Useless"
For Embroidery & Crafting, doesn’t let me select measurement option. It’s not a full box, then I can’t do anything else! Guess I’ll be deleting it!
