## CrediMax Digital Reviews in Bahrain

### *---- "Vibecoded"
To put it simply this is vibe-coded and nothing works properly. It’s not even designed to handle different timezone transactions so it shows you weird things like “00:00 PM” in the statement. Some transactions vanish out of thin air and no way to verify their status expect calling the subpar customer service
-- codeworkx, 2026-10-04

### *---- "Bad app"
Very slow and always showing error
-- H13nasser, 2026-08-24

### *---- "Fix your app"

### *---- "It’s not working properly.Every time only loading.I can’t open."
Not working properly
-- Mittu Malu, 2026-07-10

### *---- "When you replace a perfectly working app for a total disaster"
Not the only terrible experience with bbk! I wonder why their board is letting the management team destroy their reputation like this!
-- Ahmed (DXB-CAI), 2026-07-01

### *---- "No sms for authenticate the app"
Tried to login the new app and no otp received in sms and waiting for a long time and otp were received and the old app seems fine.
-- PK Vinayachandran, 2026-05-15

### *---- "The app won’t let me sign in"
I can’t sign in to get the new talabat card.
-- Amina.ma87, 2026-05-15

### *---- "Absolute trash — they destroyed a perfectly working app for this nightmare Rating:actually, ZERO"
BBK, what have you done?! Your old CrediMax app worked flawlessly for years — fast, intuitive, never a single issue. And what do you do? You “upgrade” to this so-called CrediMax Digital disaster.

This new app is a user interface catastrophe. Nothing is where it should be. It lags, it crashes, it logs me out randomly, and basic tasks that took 5 seconds before now take 5 minutes — if they work at all. It’s like you hired someone who has never used a banking app to design this garbage.

But the app is only half the problem. Your customer service and call center are UTTERLY USELESS and RUDE. I called for help navigating this mess, and the agent acted like I was inconveniencing them by existing. Zero willingness to help. Zero empathy. Just attitude, sighs, and eventually “nothing we can do.”

They don’t want to work. They literally don’t want to do their jobs. You killed a perfectly good app for THIS? And then staff treat loyal customers like enemies?

BBK, you should be embarrassed. Go back to the old app immediately and fire whoever approved this dumpster fire and whoever is “training” (failing to train) your rude, lazy call center staff.

Worst banking decision I’ve ever seen. Switching cards as soon as possible.
-- BahrainJazz, 2026-05-11

### *---- "Downgrade 👎"
This app is a huge set back for credimax, crashes all the time
-- Mhjxyz, 2026-05-11

### *---- "So many issues"
Can’t sign up, can’t create an account, wrong mobile number, incorrect information. They want your money and your business but certainly won’t make it easy for you.
-- Aims780, 2026-02-26

### *---- "اللغة"
لا يتضمن هذا التطبيق اللغة العربية
-- falah27, 2026-02-22

### *---- "Low Quality"
Its slow keeps signing me out, send annoying multiple notifications. The old app is better. It’s a very bad experience. They need to fix all bugs.
-- iphoner app, 2025-12-26

### *---- "It doesn’t have notifications"
With the old Credimax app, we used to receive notifications immediately from the app,
The new one lost this feature, it was very helpful specially with OTP & knowing the balance & transactions

Kindly bring it back
-- Hello fatema, 2025-12-21

Somehow, you managed to make an app that’s worse than the old one.
