It is completely unnecessary to have a separate app for card functions like this. -- S. Café, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "Needs to be fixed both phone" “Server Unreachable” -- Nakleng907, 2024-10-22 ### ****- "Great app" It’s a great app and I’ve been using it for a while and I really loved it. And now I don’t know how to reach y’all, but I can’t login to the app it says server can’t be reached if you guys can fix that please and thank you -- Jerry Tuitea, 2024-10-06 ### *---- "Poor quality app/service" There is an issue with the app where you’re unable to login to control your cards; you get an error message stating the server cannot be reached. This has been an ongoing problem for over a month. Also, if you click on “Contacts us”, the incorrect bank contact information is provided (CU1 of Illinois, a completely different bank than CU1 of Alaska). -- Topkaruk, 2024-09-26 ### *---- "Annoyed" All of a sudden it keeps giving me an error message after I type in my correct username & password! -- Noelia5850, 2022-09-11 ### ***-- "Needs a lot of work" The app will not let me reset my password when I genuinely forgot it with my first account. I have had to make 3 so far. Another thing that needs work is the fact the app itself logs you off then says the correct password is incorrect. -- kiarigh, 2021-09-01 ### *---- "Does not work" After a month of weekly calls to CU1 I am now being told this a “known” issues affecting more than just me. They told me they have no established time for a fix. ——————- Does not work(for me). I try to setup a new user and card and I get an error “Terms and Conditions cannot be displayed”. I have made 3 calls to CU1 and it has been over a week with no resolution. The answer I have been given is they are “waiting for technical support” to respond. I have tried two different cards as well as two different iOS devices with the same result. -- Lostngone, 2020-05-20 ### ***-- "Need more options" I like it so far but we need a way to change the title to something we’re familiar with, like the way we can rename the account title in the other app. Most ppl don’t memorize the last 4 unless they’re looking at the card directly. Nicknames, dear programmers, nicknames!! -- anonmember2, 2020-01-07 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Never allows me to log in with my username and password, tried resetting my login info and contacting the bank for support, no luck. Too bad because I love the customer service at CU1 -- Michael G Hosley, 2019-10-23 ### ***** "So far okay" Have not been using for long. Will give better update. -- AfterForever19, 2019-08-03 [View all Credit Union 1 CardControl reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Credit Union 1 CardControl Discovered Keywords - credit union 1 - credit union 1 alaska - cu1 - credit union 1 cardcontrol --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
