Credit Union 1 Mobile

To acquire a loan applications must have an account (checking / saving’s). However as of now the customer is not able to use those account to pay the loan. Strange!!

I having trouble with my account being consistently updated. Especially after mine is being moved around within my account. I call customer service and get redirected to an answering machine. Then I don’t get any return calls to fix the issue.

App is always crashing and is not built for mobile first, the chat bot is useless and the Zelle feature never actually works. Closing my account of 30 years and moving to a bank that actually has a tech team and software engineers

Credit union one is a great Bank . Thank you Jan for your great help today. Delon , and Nick It was great working with them today and opening my account. They were all wonderful and extra helpful to me with my disabilities. They are definitely my number one Bank .

Quick and easy to get and use. Can be set up for Face ID. Makes keeping track of your accounts and the money in them a breeze.

If you are accustomed to using other digital banking apps from other banks, you will be disappointed in this one. This app is not user friendly, and most information you will need is not available on the app. Zelle is not an option either. The only thing good about the app is that you’re able to see your account balances, other than that it’s not helpful. Please make some updates!

This app is like the cheapest high school programming class project! Are they really a financial institution? Do they have any idea of application development? Should I really trust a bank that cannot design the simplest app for they whole customer service? The app lacks any valuable information in it. I cannot find my accounts routine numbers. The first page looks like a cheap template downloaded from a windows 98 theme website. The menus are disoriented. It does not support any third party apps like Zelle. You barely get any valuable info by surfing the app. But it keeps suggesting you to change the nick names for your accounts! WTH should I even need that? It really is disgusting. I cannot wait to go and close my account with these guys after downloading their app! Seriously! What were they thinking?!!

Why doesn’t this bank have Zelle? I find that to be a major inconvenience.

Credit Union 1 just acquired Emory Federal credit union and so far I’m not liking the transition. Digital banking is confusing and not user friendly. I am trying to simply transfer money from my checking account to my loan and it does not even list my loan as an option to make transfers to. Why make such a simple task so complicated.

NEEDS AN UPDATE!!!!
