## Credit Union of Georgia Reviews in United States

### *---- "New app is awful"
Won’t take passwords, shuts down when I try and use Zelle. Awful. Will probably change banks due to how inconvenient it is.
-- JNali12378, 2025-09-25

### *---- "Get with times, man!"
OMG! This app is horrible! This bank is so behind! My son can’t do anything in the app. We keep getting kicked out. Zelle doesn’t work. Ugh. So frustrating. May be time to switch banks.
-- Wo Fam, 2025-08-08

### ***** "Dr. Cathy F"
I have been a member if Credit Union of Georgia since 1998 when it was named MACO. I am very satisfied with CUGA, the staff is courteous and professional and the online app works great.
I love my Credit Union!
-- Mr. Strawberry milkshake, 2025-05-01

### **--- "Secure Message Not Working"
I’ve tried to access secure messaging of the app. The waiting wheel just keeps cycling and nothing happens. Ugh!
-- UkeMcQ, 2024-09-11

### ***** "Fast and easy"
This application is fast and easy to use
-- 1-2-3 For Me, 2024-06-17

### ***** "Enjoyable to Use"
I really enjoy apps that seem to constantly look for ways to improve the users experience. I love the simplicity, the layout, and how easy it is to use. Overall, it’s a great app.
-- Angel2.4.9.6, 2024-05-25

### *---- "Bad, didn’t need to be changed."
This app and other recent changes have sufficiently made my life harder. For general bank changes: Between auto signing me up for “special” bank accounts, disabling the option to use your user account id at outside bank atms after hours and requiring to hold a debit card, and now this? I’m done.

The app is cluttered and looks bad, and there’s no dark mode option anymore. I’m sad to leave—I’ve been doing business here for nearly a decade, but I’m switching to LGE.
-- Missilestorm, 2024-05-05

### ****- "West Cobb Branch under renovations"
Although I am happy with all areas of service, I will be very happy when the West Cobb Brach reopens. I’m tired of being inconvenienced.
-- Wendyo-e, 2024-04-14

### *---- "Switch Accounts"
This new version is garbage. I use to be able to switch between mine and my wives account and that option is gone. Took away a great feature.
-- TScott13, 2024-04-07

### *---- "Always want to download new app and deposit of check normally doesn’t work"
Every time I open the app, it sends me to download it again and most of the time when I try to deposit a check, it will not deposit it
