Unable to login

App say otp send, but not received in message. Tried number of times but in vain

Bindu Diagnostics & Imaging Centre seems to have a really user-friendly online platform and mobile app powered by CrelioHealth.com. It's awesome that you can easily track your order status, check your medical reports, and even pay online. The convenience they offer is definitely a big plus. Buggy app

The mobile number field had +91 by default and it said unregistered user. I had to delete the +91 and login. Basic field validation is missing for phone number. Couldn’t logout after logging in, had to uninstall and login using other mobile number. Lot to be fixed in the app.

Not possible to login

App says that User in not registered. Useless app

Very unprofessional staff. Need to give same details so many times. Unnecessary they call and ask same thing like name / age / address. Need to improve on back office also. We are here due to Dr. Pankaj only as we trust him for more than 20 years.

Every seems excellent but age displayed with days is not good,totally annoying,just keep years without days which keeping running in seconds.

Didn’t receiving the otp

Not getting the OTP NO NETWORK PROBLEM

Worst App

It doesn’t allow user to login..doesn’t bother to send otp or as an alternative doesn’t show forgot password option ..Its just make you stuck with no further action.. Kindly fix this and spare our important time of clients.
