You tap Surf Now. The wave rises with you, and Crest tells you where you are on it: what your body is doing, how much is left, and the moment you've hit the peak. Gentle haptics mark each phase. One tool is suggested if you want your hands busy. When it passes, you log it. That's the whole loop. One tap to start, one to finish. A JOURNAL THAT FILLS ITSELF IN Most journals are a blank page you abandon after a week. Crest's is full before you type anything. Every day you logged an urge colours itself by how hard that day was, so a month is a picture instead of a list. Tap the month name to pull back and read a whole year at a glance. Tap any day to see what happened and add a line about it. Nothing nags you to write. It's there on the days you want it. PROOF THAT URGES PASS You tell Crest how strong an urge was at its worst, and how strong it was by the end.
