## Crestline Bagel Co. Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Rewards points and app"
The app used to apply your reward points. Now it does not! frustrating.
-- Muffins yum, 2026-02-22

### **--- "Too many random issues"
This app is just poor all around. Too many random issues with submitting orders, adding payment types, menu not updated, navigation, etc.
-- JC_0707, 2026-02-01

### *---- "Please fix it"
I really liked this app when it was working. For the last month and a half it has not loaded at all.
-- Beast awe, 2026-01-23

### ****- "Option to add cream cheese to egg which"
Option to add cream cheese to egg which
-- Bennett Suttles, 2025-10-05

### ***** "Coffee!"
Best in town!
-- ENT Doc, 2025-08-28

### ***** "Donna"
Love this place!!
-- DeeDee Donnie, 2025-06-22

### ***-- "weird organization"
absolutely love Crestline’s food, but this app is confusing and clunky. all of the sandwiches are listed under one sandwich option which is not immediately obvious. an order process that should’ve take 2 minutes, took 8-10 because of poor design. make every salad and sandwich its own option. just seems like lazy coding and poor setup.
-- myramck, 2023-08-01

### *---- "Why is there a $1.00 fee to use the app?"
I hope this fee goes to your staff as tip money.
-- Sara Winston, 2023-06-27

### ***** "Super Convenient"
Love this app & there are so many great rewards!
-- maddie6161, 2023-06-17

### ****- "Ok Food app but…"
WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE A DOLLAR FOR “CONVENIENCE”??!! It is cheap and unprofessional. Whatever loyalty you think you’re receiving is false because you end up spending more. Please fix this
