## Crew Carwash Rewards Description
Back in 1948, with great foresight and a nod to innovation, Founder Joe Dahm opened Indiana’s first automated carwash, Mike’s Minit Man. A few years later, Joe’s brother, Ed Dahm, joined the business. At the time, just 18 carwashes were operating in the United States.

Since then, millions of vehicles have passed through our wash tunnels and we’ve grown to become one of the largest exterior-only carwash companies in the nation. Along the way we’ve held fast to one goal: delivering a clean, fast, friendly experience to each customer, every time they visit.

Today our carwashes feature the most advanced technology available, specially formulated detergents, soft cloth, computer-controlled equipment and our special touchless hot air dryers, along with the exceptional customer service for which we’re known.

The name Crew honors our dedicated and talented crew members who work hard to earn your trust and keep you coming back. We know that next to your home, your vehicle is likely one of the largest investments you’ll make—and caring for it safely is a privilege we don’t take lightly.
As our Founder Joe Dahm often reminds us, we’re really in the people business. We just happen to wash cars.
Here’s how it works:
1) Register your credit/debit card(s) in the app.
2) Shop as usual.
3) We’ll buzz your phone when you earn a reward. No need to fish your phone out, check-in, or scan anything. Just pay as usual.
4) Rewards show up on your phone for you to use. It’s like magic!

## Crew Carwash Rewards Reviews in United States

### ***** "KG"
Shelby was a great help redeeming a coupon that I had on my phone
Very nice and patient
-- dog town 69, 2024-09-19

### **--- "Fan of the carwash app not so much"
Pros:
- Location map system

Cons:
- You have to fill out something to do anything with your monthly membership
- Just a glorified rewards app
- Can’t update payment for membership through app; forms required
- Can’t use Apple Pay
- Can’t see usage data of service to determine if it's worth the cost

Provided consumer no live access to membership data which comes off as shady.
-- GIGi CO, 2024-09-02

### ***-- "Can’t transfer washes in App"
Often want to purchase the wash books as gifts but you can’t transfer to others. People want digital these days and not books to manage.
-- jmt46074, 2024-06-15

-- cats🐈🐈‍⬛, 2023-12-27

### *---- "Terrible"
I already have an account yet there is no way to login to it from this app. The only option is to create a new account. I don’t understand the logic here.

### ***** "All those bubbles!!"
Great staff at Carmel’s Crew Carwash! Polite and super friendly!! Thanks for the great wash and service!!!
-- Youserious, 2023-11-08

### ***** "Bad Service"
Came and got an ultimate wash had to go back through again because a couple of spots were missed . The person spraying the cars didn’t even look at my windshield to read what was wrong . Had to go back through 3 times . It’s sad you pay $22.00 dollars for a wash and can’t get what you paid for . Should make sure the people they hire do there job better.
-- Impskimp, 2023-08-22

### ***** "Easy peasy lemon queezy"
