It features a grandpa creator which you use to create a grandpa and select what personality they should have (grumpy, silly, sweet, etc.). You can create multiple grandpas with different difficulty and conversational settings for every mood.

Cribbage is a pre-existing card game that was created in the 1600's known for it's unique wooden board and scoring system. It's a remarkable game that combines chance and skill that can be enjoyed by players of all ages. Don't worry if you don't know the rules - the grandpas will teach you!

The play style and feel of this game are incredible and exactly what I’ve been hoping for in a cribbage app.

I’ll admit that I had this game downloaded and ready for QUITE a while, but I finally took the plunge recently…
…And I regret having lost so many opportunities to have an enjoyable game of Cribbage during downtimes. Never having delved into the rules, the whole pegboard thing had me staying on the sidelines, but now I have no idea why I let it get to me.
This is an enjoyable experience. If you feel your opponent is too lucky (experienced), just reroll your gramps into one that doesn’t have as much xp in this game!
Love everything about this.
Know it’s been a few years since the last update, but everything still seems to be working just fine.

I was 16 when my Papa passed. Probably 10 when he tried to teach me cribbage. It was too confusing for me at the time. When I learned to love cribbage in young adulthood, I couldn’t shake the guilt over never playing with Papa. 
Then I found this game. I know it’s weird, but it helps me remember him and feel close to him. You can even customize your grandpa’s characteristics, and “sore loser” is an option. Papa used to say, “You show me a good loser, and I’ll show you a loser.” 
This game really feels like a little piece of our relationship that I wasn’t patient enough to experience in childhood, and that means so much to me.

I feel like after one of the most recent updates the game now gives grand pa way better hands than I get with greater frequency.  Previously I had a 2:1 win ratio over grand pa, but he’s about to overtake me. He’ll score 19+ Points on a hand at least once a game where as the most I can score is about 12 as my best hand for each game. Hard to beat that.

I got the same exact hand three times in a row last night. This is a sign of underlying flaws in the technology, since the odds of this happening are like 1 in a trillion. Same hands twice in a row are pretty much impossible but it’s happened several times. The grandpas are fun - please fix your technology

The game doesn’t count for you outside of the tutorial, it allows you to try and remember the rules yourself, and you can set grandpa to helpful in order to catch any points you missed.
