Extremely Disappointed – 3.5 Months, No Response on Cricbuzz/Willow Subscription Issue

I have been trying to get a resolution for over 3.5 months regarding a Willow TV subscription that is supposed to sync with Cricbuzz per their partnership claims. Despite countless follow-ups, emails, and attempts to get support from both Willow and Cricbuzz, the issue remains unresolved. The worst part? Cricbuzz customer support is completely non-existent. They don’t respond, acknowledge, or follow through — a shocking level of negligence in today’s digital age. I’ve referenced old conversations, shared my account email, and even reached out jointly to both parties, but there has been zero communication from the Cricbuzz team. For a platform this widely used, the lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable. If you’re planning to use the Willow subscription through Cricbuzz — don’t. Save yourself the frustration. Absolutely the worst support experience I’ve had in the app ecosystem.

Frustrating Live Stream Experience - Will Not Subscribe Again

I recently tried a live streaming service, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. The main issue was with the "live action" content, which repeatedly played in a loop. It was the same few seconds or minutes of footage, over and over again, making it impossible to actually watch or enjoy whatever was supposed to be live. This constant looping completely ruined the viewing experience and made the subscription feel like a waste of money. There's no point in a "live" stream if it's just stuck on repeat. Because of this significant flaw, I will not be subscribing to this service again. I hope they address this major technical issue.
